Five Ice Cream Cones

I love this picture.
To you, it's five ice cream cones.
To me, it so much more.

It's a family bike ride on a hot summer day.
It's a little girl eating a "rainbow."
It's another little girl, with a tattoo that she colored, and though it's worn off, she can't part with it.
It's a little boy, eating mint chocolate chip ice cream, simply because it's what daddy got.
It's nothing special.
It's nothing out of the ordinary.
But it's us.
All five of us.
